- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send DMCA Notices To
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
Repeat Infringers
Cam Girls World maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who have been identified as repeat copyright infringers at our sole discretion.
Warning About False Claims
Important: Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer.
Before filing a takedown notice, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, and that the use of the material is not protected by fair use or other legal doctrines.
Response Time
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
- Notify the user who posted the content about the removal
- Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notification
