  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
  • Collect or harvest user information without consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operations

5. Content Guidelines

Users who upload content ("Content Creators") agree to:

  • Only upload content that they own or have rights to distribute
  • Ensure all individuals appearing in content are of legal age and have consented
  • Maintain required records per 18 U.S.C. § 2257
  • Not upload content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payments and Refunds

For Users:

  • All purchases are final once content has been accessed
  • Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable fees
  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
  • Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues

For Content Creators:

  • Earnings are subject to our commission structure as disclosed in the creator agreement
  • Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and verification requirements
  • We reserve the right to withhold payments pending investigation of violations

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cam Girls World and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content Creators retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it on the Platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CAM GIRLS WORLD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cam Girls World and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
