Cam site pricing, explained
Three ways a cam site can charge you: tokens, a per-minute meter, or a price written before you pay. They look similar on the checkout page and behave very differently afterwards. This page explains the mechanics, with a worked example. It does not quote any platform's current rates, because those change and depend on the pack you buy.
● Model A: token packs
The public-room sites work like this. You buy a pack of tokens with your card. Tokens are the site's own currency: you tip with them in the public room, you pay for a private show with them by the minute, and you use them for extras such as a photo set or a spy mode.
- The token has no fixed price. A bigger pack gives you a cheaper token, a smaller pack a dearer one. The same show costs you a different amount of money depending on the pack you happened to buy.
- The show is billed by the minute, at a rate the model sets in tokens. The meter runs while you are in, including the minute you spend deciding to leave.
- Unused tokens stay tokens. They do not come back as money, and they are only worth something on that one site.
- Refunds are a policy, not a mechanism. If the private show drops or does not match, you write to support and they decide.
● Model B: credits and a per-minute meter
The premium networks skip the public tipping and sell private time directly, in credits or in money, by the minute. The rate is clearer than a token, but the total is still unknown until you leave: it is the rate multiplied by however long the session ran. Some charge a different rate for one-to-one, for watching another client's private, or for turning your own camera on.
● Model C: a price written before you pay
This is how CamGirls World works. Each service on a camgirl's page has a fixed price and a delivery window: a 15-minute sexting session, a 10-minute video call, a custom video, a dick rating. You pay that amount, in money, and the amount is the total. There is no pack to size, no meter, and no currency of ours to convert. If she does not deliver within the window, the money comes back to your wallet on its own.
● A worked example
Illustrative numbers, chosen to show the mechanics. They are not any platform's rates. Suppose you want ten minutes alone with the same performer.

In model A the same ten minutes cost between 24 and 36 € depending on two things you do not control at the moment you decide. In model C the number you read is the number you pay.
● When tokens are the better deal
- You mainly want to watch, for free, and tip now and then.
- You like browsing hundreds of live rooms and jumping between them.
- You want many short interactions rather than one thing done for you.
That is a real use, and it is not ours. The public-room sites do it better than a written-price marketplace ever could.
● When a written price is the better deal
- You know what you want: a custom video, a call of a set length, a rating.
- You want to know the total before you pay, and to pay in money, not in a currency of the site.
- You want the money to wait for the delivery, and to come back by itself if the delivery does not happen.
- You want one person, in private, not a room.
