Take down a photo or a video
If there is an intimate photo or video of you on this site that you did not agree to, tell us and we take it down. Within 48 hours of your request reaching us, and we look for copies too.
You do not need an account, you do not need Telegram, and we will not ask you for an ID. This also covers content made or altered by artificial intelligence to look like you, or to put your face somewhere it has never been.
● Who can ask
The person in the content, or someone acting for them: a parent, a guardian, a lawyer, a support organisation. If you are writing for someone else, just tell us that you are and who for. We do not need a signed authorisation before we start looking.
● Prepare your request
Fill in what you know. If you do not know something, leave it empty and tell us so: an incomplete request beats a request you never send.
Here is your request. Send it to [email protected]: the button opens your mail programme with everything filled in, and if nothing opens, copy the text and send it yourself.
● What happens next
- We reply to say we have it.
- We take the content down within 48 hours of it reaching us.
- We look for copies: the same photo or video uploaded again, or cropped differently.
- We tell you what we removed.
If the request is unclear we will write to understand it better, but the 48 hours run anyway: we do not wait for your answer before removing what we have already found.
● What we will not ask you for
No ID document, no phone number, no account. Asking for papers from someone who has just been exposed means asking them to expose themselves a second time. If we ever needed more to decide, we would ask calmly, and the content would already be gone.
