Terms and conditions

These are the rules of CamGirls World, written the way the site actually works. By using the site you accept them. Version of 5 September 2026.

● 1. What CamGirls World is

CamGirls World is a showcase and a cashier. The camgirls you see work for themselves: they decide what to sell, at what price and to whom.
What you buy is delivered by her, on your Telegram. We are not a party to that service: we do not produce it, we do not host it and we do not read what you say to each other.
We hold the credit, show the showcase and enforce these rules.

Adults only. If you are under 18 you may not use the site, neither as a client nor as a camgirl.
We ask camgirls for an identity document before they become visible. We ask clients to declare they are at least 18.
If we have reason to believe someone is a minor, we close the account and nothing is delivered.
Your account is your Telegram: there are no passwords here. Whoever controls that Telegram controls the account, so protect it the way you protect Telegram.

You load it in fixed amounts, by card or in crypto. It becomes credit when the payment is confirmed. A payment that arrives in part is credited for the part that arrived.
Credit is spent on CamGirls World. It is not a deposit, it earns no interest and it is not converted back to money: refunds come back as credit in your wallet.
The price on the page is what you pay. We add nothing at checkout.

Next to every price there is a delivery window: within that time she must deliver on your Telegram.
When she confirms she has delivered, we ask you whether it arrived. If you say yes, or do not answer within 24 hours, the purchase is closed and she gets paid.
If you answer that you did not receive it, the purchase is frozen: the money stays put and we look at it ourselves.
If the window expires without her confirmation, we ask you anyway. If you did not receive it, or do not answer within 12 hours, the credit returns to your wallet on its own.
On products that last days, "delivered" means it has started: her payment matures in parts, and if the period is interrupted the part not yet matured comes back to you.
Saying you did not receive something you did receive is a violation. We keep count of who says it, and we may close the account.

She does not receive your name, your number or your Telegram: she receives the order.
A camgirl's Telegram contact opens when you have enough in your wallet for her price list, or if you have already bought from her. Whoever asks for many contacts in a row is slowed down.
If you share your number with the bot, it is used only to prove the account is yours in case of a dispute. No camgirl ever sees it. You delete it whenever you want with /scordanumero.

We keep 25% of every sale. The percentage is fixed when you sign up, it is written in your area and it does not change on its own.
Your earnings mature when a delivery is confirmed, or in parts on products that last days. You withdraw from your area, from 20 € upwards, in crypto. There are no other costs.
You choose the delivery window, within the cap of the product. If it expires without your confirmation, the client is refunded and nothing matures for you.
Your page, your photos and everything you sell must be yours. Page photos are public: no explicit nudity there. That is what you sell, in private.
No exclusivity: you can work elsewhere too.

Getting paid outside the site, or proposing it, by clients who came from CamGirls World.
Photos or videos that are not yours, or generated with artificial intelligence.
Selling non-virtual services, for example meetings.
More than one profile without authorisation.
Illegal content or behaviour, and any involvement of minors. There is no tolerance on this.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. For a banned camgirl the profile is closed and the credit, including payouts not yet requested, is lost.
A profile that stays idle leaves the showcase on its own and comes back at the first update.
You can close your account whenever you want, by writing to the bot.

If you open a dispute with your bank over a payment you made and used, we give the bank the evidence we keep (verified Telegram identity, the address you paid from, purchases and confirmed deliveries) and we may close the account.
Before going to the bank, write to the bot: if you paid and did not receive, the problem is ours, and we fix it there.

We are not a party to the service between you and the camgirl and we are not responsible for its content, apart from the delivery guarantee in point 4.
Our liability towards you is limited to the credit you have loaded.
Nothing written here limits the rights the law grants you and that cannot be waived.

We may update these rules. The date at the top says which version is in force, and changes apply from publication.
