Terms and conditions
These are the rules of CamGirls World, written the way the site actually works. By using the site you accept them. Version of 19 September 2026.
1. What CamGirls World is
- CamGirls World is a showcase and a cashier. The camgirls you see work for themselves: they decide what to sell, at what price and to whom.
- What you buy is delivered by her, on your Telegram. We are not a party to that service: we do not produce it, we do not host it and we do not read what you say to each other.
- We hold the credit, show the showcase and enforce these rules.
2. Who can use it
- Adults only. If you are under 18 you may not use the site, neither as a client nor as a camgirl.
- We ask camgirls for an identity document before they become visible. We ask clients to declare they are at least 18.
- If we have reason to believe someone is a minor, we close the account and nothing is delivered.
- Your account is your Telegram: there are no passwords here. Whoever controls that Telegram controls the account, so protect it the way you protect Telegram.
3. Credit
- You load it in fixed amounts, by card or in crypto. It becomes credit when the payment is confirmed. A payment that arrives in part is credited for the part that arrived.
- Credit is spent on CamGirls World. It is not a deposit; it earns no interest and it is not converted back to money: refunds come back as credit in your wallet.
- The price on the page is what you pay. We add nothing at checkout.
- After your first delivered purchase, we add gift credit to the larger amounts (today +5 EUR on 50, +10 on 100, +25 on 250). It is spent like the rest of your credit, it is never converted to money, it does not apply to a crypto payment that arrives only in part, and we remove it if the payment it came with is disputed or reversed. We may change or end it for future top-ups.
- When you pay a top-up in crypto we add gift credit worth 5% of what arrives (today), rounded down to the cent: from your first top-up, also on a payment that arrives only in part, and on top of the gift credit above. It is spent like the rest of your credit and it is never converted to money. We may change or end it for future top-ups.
4. Purchases and the delivery guarantee
- Next to every price there is a delivery window: within that time she must deliver on your Telegram.
- When she confirms she has delivered, we ask you whether it arrived. If you say yes, or do not answer within 24 hours, the purchase is closed and she gets paid.
- If you answer that you did not receive it, the purchase is frozen: the money stays put and we look at it ourselves.
- If the window expires without her confirmation, we ask you anyway. If you did not receive it, or do not answer within 12 hours, the credit returns to your wallet on its own.
- On products that last days, "delivered" means it has started: her payment matures in parts, and if the period is interrupted the part not yet matured comes back to you.
- Saying you did not receive something you did receive is a violation. We keep count of who says it, and we may close the account.
5. Anonymity and contacts
- She does not receive your name, your number or your Telegram: she receives the order.
- A camgirl's Telegram contact is visible after signing in with Telegram and does not require credit. Opening many contacts in a short time may be temporarily limited, to prevent automated collection of contact details.
- If you share your number with the bot, it is used only to prove the account is yours in case of a dispute. No camgirl ever sees it. You delete it whenever you want with /forgetnumber.
6. If you work here
- We keep 25% of every sale. The percentage is fixed when you sign up; it is written in your area and it does not change on its own.
- Your earnings mature when a delivery is confirmed, or in parts on products that last days. You withdraw from your area, from 20 € upwards, in crypto. We pay the network fee, except on the TRC20 and Bitcoin networks, where it is taken from what you receive (about 5 USDT on TRC20, variable on Bitcoin). There are no other costs.
- The delivery window is fixed for each product and written next to the price: you do not choose it. If it expires without your confirmation, the client is refunded and nothing matures for you.
- Your page, your photos and everything you sell must be yours. Your main photo and your drop pics are public: lingerie, no bare nipples. Your gallery is seen only by logged-in members: topless is fine there. Never genitals or sex scenes in your page photos: that is what you sell, in private. No animals in your photos or videos, pets included. An automatic check applies these rules to every photo, and you can ask it once for a second, stronger check.
- No exclusivity: you can work elsewhere too.
7. What is forbidden
- Getting paid outside the site, or proposing it, by clients who came from CamGirls World.
- Photos or videos that are not yours, or generated with artificial intelligence.
- Selling non-virtual services, for example meetings.
- More than one profile without authorisation.
- Illegal content or behaviour, and any involvement of minors. There is no tolerance on this.
- Publishing intimate photos or videos of a person who did not consent, real or built with artificial intelligence. Anyone who recognises themselves has it taken down from this page, with no account and no ID, and we remove it within 48 hours of the request, copies included. An account that publishes this gets closed, not warned.
8. Human trafficking and forced work
- Nobody sells here who is not here by their own choice. Human trafficking, forced or coerced work, and anyone selling under somebody else's control have no tolerance at all, and no second chance.
- Before a profile is visible we check a government issued identity document, that the person on the document is the person in the photos, and that she is an adult. A profile without a verified document is never shown. This is written out in the US-2257 statement.
- Consent is written down, not assumed. Every camgirl states in writing that what she publishes is hers, that she agreed to it, and that any other adult who appears in it agreed too. We keep that statement, and we show it to our payment provider or to a card network on request.
- We watch for the signs. Profiles and content are reviewed before they go up. If it looks like someone else is running an account, holding the money or answering for her, we stop the account and ask her directly, away from whoever might be listening.
- How to report it. Write to [email protected], or use complaints or content removal and appeals. No account is needed and you can stay anonymous. If someone is in danger right now, contact the police or the anti trafficking hotline in your country first: we are not an emergency service.
- What happens then. The content comes down and the profile is closed permanently. Money on open orders is frozen rather than paid out to anyone who is not the person who did the work. We keep the records, and we hand them to the authorities when they ask or when we believe someone is at risk.
9. Suspension and closure
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. For a banned camgirl the profile is closed and she can no longer sell here. What she already earned by delivering stays hers and can be withdrawn: those clients received what they paid for. Only the money on orders still open or disputed is held, until it is clear how they went.
- A profile that stays idle leaves the showcase on its own and comes back at the first update.
- You can close your account whenever you want, by writing to the bot.
10. Card disputes
- If you open a dispute with your bank over a payment you made and used, we give the bank the evidence we keep (verified Telegram identity, the address you paid from, purchases and confirmed deliveries) and we may close the account.
- Before going to the bank, write to the bot: if you paid and did not receive, the problem is ours, and we fix it there.
11. Liability
- We are not a party to the service between you and the camgirl and we are not responsible for its content, apart from the delivery guarantee in point 4.
- Our liability towards you is limited to the credit you have loaded.
- Nothing written here limits the rights the law grants you and that cannot be waived.
