Content provider agreement

This is what every camgirl accepts before her page goes live, and it stays true for as long as she sells here. It is separate from the terms on purpose: the terms are for everyone, this is only for the person who puts content up.

In force from 22 September 2026. If we change it we ask you to accept it again, and until you do, nothing changes for the page you already have.

● 1. You are an adult, and we checked

• You are 18 or older, or the legal age where you live if it is higher.
• Before your page is visible you send a government issued identity document and a photo of you holding it. We check that the person on the document is the person in the photos, and that the date of birth makes you an adult. Without that, the page is never shown.
• Only we see the document. It never goes online, no client sees it, and it is not on your page. We keep it for as long as your page exists, because that is what the law and the card networks require of us.
• If your document expires or your details change, you send the new one.

● 2. Everyone who appears agreed, and is an adult

• Everything you publish or deliver is yours: you made it, or you hold the rights to it.
• If anyone else appears in it, even for a second, even out of focus: they are an adult, they agreed in writing to being filmed and to it being sold here, and you hold their identity document and their written consent. You give them to us when we ask, and we may ask at any time.
• If you cannot produce them, the content comes down. That is not a punishment, it is the only answer we have to a question we cannot answer for you.
• They agreed to it being downloaded. What you sell here can be downloaded and kept by the person who buys it: a video leaves our storage and ends up on their device. Everyone who appears in it agreed to that too, in writing, and not only to being filmed.
• Consent can be withdrawn. Anyone shown in your content can ask us to take it down from this page, and we do it within 48 hours, whatever you and they agreed before. What a buyer has already downloaded we cannot take back from their device: it is one more reason why the consent has to be real before you upload, not after.

● 3. You are here by your own choice

• Nobody made you do this. You hold your own account, you keep your own earnings, and the wallet we pay into is yours.
• You can stop whenever you want, and nothing you already earned by delivering is held back.
• If someone is forcing you, controlling your account or taking your money, write to [email protected] and say so. We close the account, we hold the money so it does not reach them, and we help you reach the authorities. You will not be in trouble with us for saying it.

● 4. What you will not publish

• Anything involving, suggesting or appearing to involve minors. No tolerance, no second chance.
• Anyone who did not consent, real or built with artificial intelligence.
• Bestiality, incest, extreme sadomasochism, real violence.
• Content that is not yours, or generated with artificial intelligence and passed off as you.
• Drugs, alcohol or medication consumed on camera, and weapons.
• Meetings in person, or any service that is not virtual.
• Trademarks and protected material that belong to other people, and pretending to be someone you are not.

● 5. Records

• You keep the documents and the written consent of everyone who appears in your content, for as long as that content exists and for as long afterwards as the law where you live requires.
• We keep your document, the date you accepted this agreement, and which version you accepted.
• We show those records to our payment provider, to a card network or to an authority when they ask. We do not publish them and we do not give them to clients.

● 6. Money

• We keep 25% of what you sell here, and the rest is yours. The number is on your page and in payouts.
• You get paid when the delivery is done. If a delivery does not arrive in time the client is refunded automatically and nothing matures for you.
• Getting paid outside the site by a client who came from here breaks this agreement.

● 7. If you break it, and if you think we got it wrong

• Content that breaks this comes down. Depending on what it was, the profile is suspended or closed for good, and the money on open orders is held until it is clear how they went.
• You can appeal any decision. Someone who did not make it looks at it again and answers you within 5 working days. It is the same door as content removal and appeals.
• And it does not end with us. If we still disagree, the disagreement can be settled by a neutral third party, independent of CamGirls World, at our expense.

● How you accept it

You accept it from your own area, in the Documents section, next to where you send your identity document. There is a box to tick, it says the same thing as the line below, and we write down the day you ticked it and which version you accepted.
