Order status and credit back
What each status of an order means, when the credit comes back on its own, and what to do if something goes wrong.

The money waits with us
When you pay, the amount leaves your wallet and stays with CamGirls World until the order closes. If it closes as delivered, it becomes her earnings. If it does not, it goes back to your wallet as credit, and for that nobody has to file a claim: the clock does it.
Every service has a delivery window written next to its price: 12 hours for calls, sexting, custom photos and dick ratings, and for the start of the girlfriend experience; 24 hours for custom videos and custom audio. What each status means
The words in the first column are the ones your area shows.

The girlfriend experience has its own words, because it is a period and not a single delivery: waiting for her to start, she says she started, then the period is running. The window measures only the start; from then on the money passes to her one day at a time, and if the period is stopped partway, the part you did not get comes back to your wallet. A tip is hers from the start: there is nothing to deliver.
When the credit comes back by itself
- She declines the order. The credit is back at once. She can do it as long as she has not confirmed and the window is open.
- On calls, sexting and dick ratings, four hours pass and she has neither confirmed nor declined. The bot offers you ↩️ Credit back now or ⏳ I'll wait.
- The window ends without her confirmation. We ask you whether it arrived anyway. Say no, or say nothing for 12 hours, and the amount goes back to your wallet.
In none of the three do you need to write to support.
Where the credit goes
Back to your wallet on the site: never to a card, never to a crypto wallet, never as cash. It does not expire and you can spend it with any camgirl on the site. When our bot says «refunded to your wallet», this is what it means. The wallet itself, top-ups and the recovery code are explained in before your first purchase.
If she says delivered and nothing arrived
- When the bot asks «Did it arrive?», tap ❌ No, I did not get it within 24 hours. The money stays frozen and the order shows frozen: a person is looking at it.
- Write to our bot (/openticket, or just send a message) with what you bought, what you received, if anything, and screenshots if you have them. An automated assistant collects the facts and passes the case to a person, who decides.
Missed the 24 hours? Open that purchase in your area and tap I did not receive it: the report still reaches a person.
Two rules that protect you
- Say yes only after it arrived. Your ✅ Yes, it arrived closes the order and releases her earnings. If she asks you to confirm before the call or the video, do not, and tell support.
- Pay only on the site. Money sent in the chat, by link, gift card, crypto or PayPal, is not an order: no window, no credit back, nothing we can check.

Questions people ask
Can the money go back to my card?
No. What comes back is credit in your wallet, which you can spend with any camgirl and which does not expire. The terms say so too.
Can I cancel an order?
Not by yourself once it is paid. Ask her to decline it, and the credit is back at once. On calls, sexting and dick ratings you also get the four-hour option above.
My order closed while I was not answering. Why?
She had confirmed, and 24 hours passed without your answer: after her confirmation, silence counts as a yes. If it never arrived, tap I did not receive it on that purchase.
I tapped I'll wait. Can I change my mind?
The buttons close when you choose. From then on the window decides: if nothing arrives, we ask you at the end and the credit comes back. She can still decline the order before she confirms it, and then the credit is back at once.
